IT Fair 2012

I am a super happy girl even though my pocket is crying its heart out! Bestie and I went down all the way to Suntec City for the IT Show because I have been meaning to buy a new camera to replace my really "lousy" Samsung PL150. I was drawn to the Samsung camera mainly because of the front LCD which makes self-shot a breeze. Unfortunately, it takes very lousy photographs under low light. The pictures would only turn out sharp if there is sufficient light and by sufficient light, I actually mean BRIGHT light.

Anyway, I went down to the fair with the intention of checking out the deals being offered by Canon and Olympus. I kind of "psycho" myself to just settle of a normal "point and shoot" compact camera from Canon but guess what did I walk home with?

My sparkingly new baby : Olympus Pen Mini

I was really surprised to see that they are selling the Olympus Pen Mini 1 at $598 when it usually retails at $868. The sales assistant who attended to the both of us demonstrated some of various functions found in the camera and I was totally sold. I am so excited about this purchase and I am definitely looking forward to putting this camera to GOOD use!~
